THT has designed the stretch and exercise sequences in the Stretch At Work video CDs and any clips shown on this Website to help relieve muscle tightness and stress conditions common among frequent computer users. However, because each individual user is unique, THT cannot design a product that will be ideal for all users. Users who have pre-existing medical conditions of the muscles, joints or bones, or any other health condition that could be affected by performing stretch exercises, should consult a qualified health care provider before using THT or Stretch At Work products or attempting any of the exercises shown on them, on any advertising materials, or on this Website. In the event that you are dissatisfied for any reason with a THT product that you have purchased, including any Stretch At Work video CD, or do not agree to any of the terms of this agreement, return the product to THT at P.O. Box 1589, El Prado, NM 87529 for a full refund of the purchase price.
