More than 60 Stretching Exercises for Computer Users
Much of computer-related pain is caused by shortened muscles with tender trigger points (Myofascial Pain Syndrome). Effective Stretching releases the trigger points (TrPs) and often brings relief.
Try stretching these muscles to bring relief:
- TrPs in neck, shoulder, and arm muscles can contributes to elbow pain, wrist pain, and carpal tunnel syndrome. The muscles of the fingers and hands can be a problem too.
- TrPs in the neck and shoulder muscles can cause headaches.
- TrPs and tension in the neck and shoulder muscles can increase neck and upper back tension and pain.
- TrPs in the back, hips abdomen, and groin can contribute to lower back pain, hip pain, and sciatica.
